As a Deployment Change Enablement Manager, you will leverage advanced business knowledge for planning, organizing, and implementing effective change enablement, training, and communication strategies & plans for multiple global digital products. Responsibilities include creation of product- and deployment-specific messaging, training and mitigation plans for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational change management (OCM) methodologies to ensure that project deliverables translate into measurable change impacts and drive adoption success. You will collaborate closely with global markets, their various teams, and customers to support change adoption, manage communication channels, provide training programs, work with existing project teams, integrate change activities into project plans, and assess organizational readiness for change.

In this role, a typical day will include:
Change Enablement:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change enablement strategies aligned with market product adoption goals.
- Apply change enablement processes and tools to manage the full workstream, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment.
- Conduct change analyses, assess organizational readiness, and identify potential impacts across functions.
- Integrate change enablement activities seamlessly into project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deployment milestones.
- Oversee vendor task integration and responsibilities when applicable.
- Develop and execute communication plans aligned with organizational objectives and communication strategies to enhance employee and customer experiences.
- Utilize multiple communication channels to effectively engage diverse internal and external audiences, ensuring key messages are delivered and understood.
- Collaborate with commercial and sales training teams to design and deliver targeted training programs tailored to various stakeholder needs.
- Document detailed stakeholder descriptions and develop key messages to support change initiatives.
- Create, edit, and design a wide range of global communications, presentations, and training materials.
- Develop content that supports both internal (Alcon) and external (customer) stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Tailor materials to reflect the unique needs of global markets and ensure effective change adoption.
- Engage closely with global markets, various teams, and customers to support change adoption efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and readiness across impacted teams.
- Provide ongoing support and assessment of change adoption, adjusting strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs)
- 5 Years of directly related work experience
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Highly collaborative and consultative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a global fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Experience with SAP, SalesForce, Confluence, Jira, Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint5 years of direct experience (in this case change enablement, etc.).
- Familiarity with change readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and resistance management.
- Demonstrated expertise in change enablement, communications, training, and project management preferred.
