As an AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN, supporting our AUTOMATION ENGINEERING, you will be accountable to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely completion of corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance on automation systems and equipment at our FORT WORTH ASPEX FACILITY IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS, US.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Equipment / process control system troubleshooting and documentation of corrections and change control activities.
- Assist with the revision of Standard Operating Procedures and Preventive Maintenance plans.
- Locate and diagnoses failures through in-depth data analysis and control system logic review.
- Perform troubleshooting using advanced electronic equipment, isometric and P&ID drawings, diagrams, historical data trending (OSI PI), programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley), functional specifications, operating and component manuals, and verbal/written instructions.
- Complete preventive maintenance and corrective work orders for automation equipment to improve manufacturing's operational efficiencies and quality standing.
- Maintain detailed maintenance documentation and correction logs.
- Complete maintenance documentation at the time of maintenance completion.
- Lead and execute equipment/process improvement projects, manage small dollar (< $50k) project budgets.
- Assist completion of manufacturing nonconformance investigations and technical document writing, and apply good engineering practices to reduce the risk of repeat.
- Estimates labor and equipment costs, prepares purchasing requisitions, and manages electrical contractors regularly.
- Collaborate and support coworkers to enhance overall capability of the organization.
- Transfer knowledge through peer-to-peer training.
- Drive for personal and professional growth for self and team.
- Function as a leader and member of a cross functional team.
- Ability to be flexible in work assignments (i.e., tasks, hours, shift, days of week).
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Work hours: Night Shift, 12 hrs, 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6:30am, rotating days includes weekend.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science etc.).
- Trade school or formal technical training in relevant field.
- Associates Degree (2 year) in technical field
