Summary
SUMMARY: Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers total rewards plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy. Conducts various total rewards audits. Prepares and provides reports regarding total rewards data findings. Proactively and continuously provides recommendations for process improvement. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst engages with the Total Rewards Department regarding all aspects of total rewards administration, including time-sensitive tasks and projects. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is fully competent to independently perform professional analytical assignments within policy and procedural guidelines. Responsibilities require use of independent judgment, the application of advanced analytical processes and evaluation of alternative courses of action.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification.
1. Conducts or participates in special Total Rewards projects as assigned and completes various total rewards surveys..
2. Participates in task forces and committees; gathers and analyzes Total Rewards related data.
3. Conducts various Total Rewards audits, conducts research into operational problems; prepares reports and analyses and makes recommendations.
4. May provdie oversight and of processes and sends weekly new hire and status change retirement eligibility reports and emails.
5. Accurately processes time sensitive monthly benefits billing.
6. Effectively collaborates with various departments and individuals to complete job tasks and meet organizational objectives.
7. May present Total Rewards information to various committees and labor unions.
8. Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
9. Prepares and provides total rewards reports.
10. Processes time sensitive retirement wire reconciliations and reviews reconciliations as necessary. Must be able to research discrepancies and accurately reconcile retirement wires by deadlines.
11. Respond to internal and external total rewards inquiries in a timely manner.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education: Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in business, human resources, accounting, finance or related field.
Required Experience: Seven plus years of experience as a Total Rewards Analyst,
Preferred Experience: May include Retirement, Health and Wellness Benefits and/or Compensation experience in a Hospital and/or union environment.
Preferred Licenses/Certifications: CEBS, CCP or an analyst related certification.
