We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills and sales background that is looking to help customers succeed. You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing customer base to ensure they help their businesses grow with Aircall locally!
**This position is based in Sydney **
It requires full working rights as we are not able to sponsor and 2 mandatory days in the office.
What you will do:
- Nurture and mitigate risks within a portfolio of mid-market accounts
- Develop a strategy to balance proactive vs reactive engagement
- Identify potential expansion customers
- Develop new ways to increase customer satisfaction and organise product feedback
- Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, best practices and tools
Position Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years Customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
- Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated
- Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
