Strategic Partnerships is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s non-accommodation partners and promote Agoda’s top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we build new channels to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.
The opportunity:
- Gather Information: Collect data on competitor campaign landing pages and features to benchmark against Agoda features
- Analyze Features: Compare and contrast the features offered by competitors with those of Agoda.
- Identify Gaps: Highlight missing features and functionalities in Agoda's offerings.
- Collect Feedback from verticals and markets: Gather feedback and comments from partners via verticals and PRMs
- Document Findings: Organize and document the analysis and data clearly, easy-to-follow manner.
Provide Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for feature development. - Validate the analysis and recommendations with the FI team
- Present Findings: Prepare a presentation to share findings and recommendations to stakeholders/senior leadership team
- Support the Financial Institutions partnerships team on other aspects of the business, e.g., operational process, data analysis, etc.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Understand different international business practices across Asia Pacific
- Learn applications of marketing concepts and their role in strategy formulation
- Use strong analytical skills to analyze data and conduct market studies
- Be part of a young and multinational team in Bangkok HQ
- Co-ordinate & collaborate across multiple teams
- Present your findings to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Currently a 3rd-year student or below with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint)
It's great if you have:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business and Management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others), Humanities and Social Sciences (Liberal Arts, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, and others), or Communication and Information (Communication, Journalism, Information Technology Management, and others)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Knowledge in SQL
