Early Career Program Talent Specialist

Remote

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

Affirm is seeking a passionate Early Career Program Talent Specialist to revitalize our existing programs and expand our reach. We recently transitioned our engineering new grad program to a hybrid model and are looking to refine it for the upcoming year.

We're looking for a creative individual who can develop innovative strategies to attract a diverse pool of early career talent. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, refining existing programs, and partnering with program stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
