This role will help engage, connect, and inform our teams at global scale as we continue our exciting growth journey.

What you’ll achieve

- Engineer for ambition: We love new internal communications ideas that help us achieve our business goals (even those that seem unobvious at first) so you will play a pivotal role in developing, crafting, executing - and maintaining - innovative internal communications programs. 
- Drive success: You will be the end-to-end responsible/point of contact for specific projects, influencing to ensure all our communications programs are data-driven and focused on continuous measurement, evaluation, and optimization. 
- Create impact: You will bring compelling content to life as well as implement and maintain tools and processes that foster dialogue and engagement across our high-growth organization. You’ll also play a key role in developing event communication strategies for global and local initiatives. 
- Collaborate: You will learn and work closely with different parts of our business to help them share their strategies and milestones.

Who you are

- You are a naturally curious communications professional (2 - 5 years of experience) with previous internal communications experience in a high-growth environment; preferably in tech. 
- You are able to quickly switch from strategic planning to tactical execution. This is a must to succeed in this role.
- You are a skilled communicator — excellent written and verbal command of the English language and storytelling skills are key to succeeding in this role;
- You enjoy getting things done in a fast-paced environment and know how to quickly find a solution for every challenge that comes your way; 
- You enjoy coming up with new creative ideas and always maintain a high standard of delivery.
- You have a proven track record of driving internal communications projects from initiation to success, leveraging excellent project management skills while quickly managing between tactical and strategic priorities.
- You aim to build an enabling function for the long term, focusing on blueprints, self-service solutions, and sustainable efforts rather than quick fixes.
- You are motivated by the opportunity to develop internal communication strategies and lead projects that align with business needs and deliver measurable impact.
