The Role 

Adyen is looking for an experienced Head of Technology with a proven track record in Revenue Operations. This role will be based in our Amsterdam office and report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.

As Head of Technology, you are responsible for building the best-in-class technology stack to support the execution of our commercial process. You will partner closely with the Head of Revenue Operations - Optimization and the Head of Revenue Analytics to define a technology stack roadmap that drives operational efficiency and generates quality data on the commercial engine’s performance. 

We are looking for a candidate with experience in driving a global strategy for a technology stack that can cater to regional and local requirements. You will need to be skilled at managing the competing priorities and needs of the teams across the commercial engine.


What You'll Do 

  • Manage the team responsible for building out the tech stack (Salesforce CRM, Marketing automation, Integrations, tools etc.)
  • Drive the development of a tech stack that connects all teams across the commercial engine and enables the commercial process, by translating process gaps and opportunities into user-centric solutions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for autonomous adoption of the tech stack 
  • Set and maintain a data quality standard across Salesforce CRM and other tools
  • Oversee and implement best practices from the Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

Who You Are

  • 8+ years experience in a similar fast-paced environment (as Head of Business Applications, Commercial Technology or Operations and Technology)
  • Proven track record of building a holistic enterprise-grade technology stack and demonstrating how tech can drive commercial success
  • Experience in developing and implementing tech roadmaps
  • Experience managing global teams and managing managers
  • Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value 
  • Experience in change management and realizing adoption of technology solutions
  • Project Management expertise with the ability to prioritize and continuously evaluate how to maximize impact
