What you'll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Develop long-term and short-term demand and capacity forecast models to support business operations.
  • Review historical key metrics and trends to improve forecasting capabilities and refine the planning model.
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning, and operational forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of business plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide long-term forecasts to support the Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling process.
  • Coordinate and manage Business Operational Review meetings with key stakeholders to provide long-term planning insights.
  • Prepare monthly Business Operations Review packages for senior management review.
  • Provide monthly performance reviews and actuals-to-forecast variance analysis.
  • Lead the annual planning, and quarterly and monthly forecasting processes to support business operations.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education and work experience required.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in operational forecasting, financial modeling, business analytics, and/or workforce capacity planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in other programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with various levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, detail-oriented, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand data, draw insights, and determine actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data and information in a compelling way.

*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of the Genesys Suite (WFM, ACDs, IVR) is an asset.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or Tableau is an asset.
  • Knowledge of payroll products, the payroll industry, and/or the financial services industry is an asset.
