ADP is looking for a UX leader to help undergo a radical transformation. We are building our next generation platform to help organizations run their business more efficiently, while enabling their workforce to make better decisions.

As leader you will take on the role of UX Manager for a team of UX Designers with a mission to deliver cohesive and meaningful experiences, though a deep understanding of what our customers need. You will close to the research and content managers and partner with product management and engineering teams.

The team that you will be working with is a passionate, innovative, and rapidly growing group of UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers working in a fast-paced, user-centric environment. The right candidate will bring enthusiasm, invention, and fearlessness to the role, coupled with a strong desire to solve problems for millions of users around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to build and define the UX vision for our next generation platform experience;
  • Work to uncover unmet needs from the ADP customers;
  • Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, and user research throughout release cycles;
  • Create an environment where great design work can happen, by establishing a culture of collaboration and critique while measuring the impact of your team's contributions;
  • Stay on top of changing UX design technologies, as well as industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications;
  • Be able to balance strategic leadership with strong hands-on UX problem solving;
  • Help drive user research and testing efforts;
  • Be the bridge between the global team and local team in Brazil;
  • Mentor and develop your team to grow and evolve their purpose and mission;
  • Participate in the recruitment and interview process, as the team grows.

Qualifications required:

  • Solid experience creating sophisticated, yet simple and elegant design for enterprise an enterprise product;
  • Solid experience (preferably in an agile environment), with minimum of two managing and guiding teams;
  • Some experience managing and mentoring designers though day-to-day work as well as in their longer-term career development;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work together with product team members on requirements and design;
  • Ability to act as an internal consultant providing business and technical guidance: you are comfortable talking about business models and analytics;
  • An exceptional design portfolio with well-thought-out interactions and interface designs across both web and mobile applications.
