Sr Partner Integration Engineer

Role objective

As a member of ADP Celergo/Streamline Global Payroll Partner Operations organization, this position is part of the Global Partner Integration Team, and its main objective is to assist ADP Partners with the technical adoption of ADP Celergo/Streamline key products or product enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Functional/Technical SME
  • Acts as an SME, assisting ADP associates and Partner users on specific functional and technical issues within the team scope.
  • Represents internally the Partner Voice on various functional and technical topics regarding the HCM E2E solutions (e.g., ADP Celergo Platform) and their benefits/pain points to Payroll Partners.
  • Actively contributes to develop a release management plan and process impacting Partners.
  • Understands the Product/Solution scope, timelines and dependencies and recognizes the impact on Payroll Partners.
  • Gathers new feature requirements/enhancements from Payroll Partners.
  • Coach and support other team members on specific technical and functional matters

  • Partner Roll-Out / Technical Deployment
  • Create and define most appropriate methodology for technical deployment of ADP Product/solutions to partners.
  • Seeks out opportunities to leverage best practices to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Ensures Partner technical adoption of the new requirements/solutions deployed.
  • Validation of the partner deliverables/outcomes required for the ADP new product/services).
  • Data Dictionary Management
  • Gathering of Partner data scope requirements
  • Analysis of Partner requirements, understanding impact of the solution (e.g., to other Payroll Partners and Clients using it)
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of cross-country data standards.
  • Tests the solution to ensure the result is aligned with the requirements.

Skills

  • Experience/Knowledge
  • Business Analyst experience or,
  • Data consultancy experience, or
  • Relevant HCM system set up, integration and/or implementation experience (Support Level: 3-5 Years)

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Details oriented
  • Adaptability to changes, can deal with ambiguity and unexpected changes.
  • Good Communication Skills: Can explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner tailored to the audience's level of technical understanding.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent in education or experience.
  • Others: Nice to have: Understanding of the Payroll landscape.
