The Sr. Manager for Global Business Resiliency is a member of the GlobalView Business Excellence Leadership Team
and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence in GlobalView.
This role is the single point of contact for all Business Continuity procedures within GlobalView, covering all
products and service organizations. As Sr. Manager for Business Continuity you will be collaborating closely with
the GlobaView Sr. Leadership, Regional Service teams and our GSO organization to ensure all plans are compliant,
up to date, tracked, tested regularly and executable.
The role will occasionally also be client facing by presenting our BCP /DR strategies to clients or prospective clients
as per request.

• Be the owner of our GlobalView BCP/DR Strategies
• Globally develop, implement, and maintain GLobalView's business continuity program including, but not limited
to Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Local Crisis Management Planning (LCMP), Business Continuity Planning
(BCP), Plan Walkthrough and Tabletop Exercising.
• Ensure availability of the Business Continuity plans in all regions and all functions for Payroll & Time, to keep
the Business Unit functioning after disruptive events
• Ensure availability and reporting of such plans in the BCIC / Corporate tools.
• Ensure the availability of plans based on GlobalView critical processes, also considering the product portfolio
associated to those processes (SAP, eService, GMV, PAC, Payroll Documents, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the business continuity management program including
development of tools and instructional guides for the Business Unit (excluding the Corporate tools provided by
Business Continuity & Crisis Management Office)
• Organize and lead awareness and best practice sessions with leaders and champions in all regions for Time and
Payroll
• Ensure RACIs are created to outline the ownership between global and regional tasks
• Ensure regular Tabletop Exercises are conducted successfully and remediate action plans are established,
owners assigned and completion dates agreed upon.
• Ensure Executive Report outs are in place post TableTop Exercise
• Conduct comprehensive business impact analyses when new threats/events occur and have access to data
warehouse centrally (which client is impacted when)
• Support our Technical Incident team with global coordination and activations of the BCP / DRP scenarios.
• Contribute to establish and maintain program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the
program remains current, and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate

• Be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners, senior level
management and ADP Corporate functions in remote locations. Represent the Business Unit at functional
Steering Groups as voice and owner of our plans in GlobalView
• Align with its peer across ADP to share best practices and alignment with ongoing activities
• Create and maintain required material to train and/or create awareness within the organization
• Work with the BU communication teams to keep continuous awareness
• Conduct Business Continuity Program Maturity Assessments to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the
BU's BC program and provide the business with recommendations on how to improve their program maturity
level.
• Facilitate annual Disaster Recovery testing between our GETS department and Clients (1 or 2 clients annually)
• Ensure Executive Report outs are completed and distributed post Testing.
• Ensure Event Monitoring (natural disasters, technical disruptions, human caused events,...) , Impact analysis
and communication to our organization and to designated corporate functions ()

Education:
▪ Preferably graduate level with professional qualifications in Lean Six sigma & project management
▪ 5 years' operational service experience, preferably in Payroll / Human Capital Management
▪ Experience or education in Business Continuity standards and best practices (optional)
▪ Must be fluent in English, additional language preferred.
