As a Sr Lead Security Engineer, you will use your expertise in cybersecurity operations, tools, and techniques to design and implement security solutions that protect our company's systems and data. You will also use your knowledge of network security, cloud security, and application security to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our products and services. Your strong understanding of enterprise risk management and security compliance will be critical in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure that our company remains secure in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design and implement security solutions to protect our company's systems and data
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our products and services
  • Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations, tools, and techniques
  • Experience with network security implementation and monitoring
  • Experience with cloud security and SaaS products
  • Experience with application security and data governance practices
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and security compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2
  • Experience with SASE, CASB, DLP, security automation and orchestration tools
  • Experience with DevSecOps and agile development methodologies
