As an Implementation Director, you will be required to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all aspects of ADP's HR and Payroll implementation services to all new and/or existing clients across multiple product lines and market segments.

As member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the overall business strategy for Implementation with five main areas of responsibilities: Strategic Leadership, People Leadership, Client Delivery Excellence, Process and Tooling Optimization and Stakeholders Communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership

You will be responsible for the development and rollout of the implementation strategy in line with corporate guidelines and ensuring strong overall customer satisfaction through best practice methodology and clear business direction.

You will work as part of Business Management Team, providing input to overall business strategy.

You will also be responsible for budgetary management including profit and loss planning, maximizing implementation revenue and monitoring of performance against overall targets.

The successful candidate will be expected to play a full part in commercial discussions regarding delivery of cost-effective solutions answering both business and client requirements.

You will take ownership of the development, implementation and review of key metrics framework. To include performance standards and expected client satisfaction levels and pursuit of continuous improvement within the working environment.

You will be expected to operate autonomously within agreed strategy and parameters.
  1. People Leadership

You will lead to success a 200+ associates multi-country organization of strong professionals and will be supported by a team of senior Implementation associates, focused on the various areas of the Implementation business for the Uk and Ireland.

You will ensure consistent delivery around key performance indicators, including regular reviews and communication of corrective action plans.

For direct reports, you will be responsible for the direction and supervision of staff with regard to training/coaching, compensation, motivation, development and resourcing.
  1. Client Delivery Excellence:

Through direct reports, you will develop and deliver appropriate implementation and client support activities in support of customers from both near shore and offshore activities.

You will ensure that mutual business and client expectations are met and that client satisfaction, measured by NPS, stays at high levels.
  1. Process and Tooling Optimization

You will be responsible for the development and integration into company policy of systems and processes in order to meet quality of implementation delivery standards and client retention targets.

You will monitor/review the implementation model with and modify the approach to meet evolving business needs.

Will identify opportunities for better utilization of technology and business process improvement to deliver upon the required business results and ensure successful implementation of appropriate solutions.
  1. Stakeholders Communication

Will be expected to develop relationships with peers in similar roles across ADP business units and be able to control/influence staff/ managers/colleagues where no direct line authority exists

Working closely with Sales and Service Functions to establish clear communication and handover process to ensure smooth transition of clients between stages of service delivery.

To work closely with the Service function in order to address escalated client service issues promptly and efficiently.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications

  • Will have acquired in-depth knowledge of managing complex organizational structures including structure definition, planning, quality, and management of multi-faceted project lifecycles.
  • Able to demonstrate strong awareness of general business skills including both people management and commercial/contractual interventions.
  • Able to anticipate, identify and analyze problems and opportunities, establish priorities and efficiently allocate resource and utilize resource.
  • Able to delegate and co-ordinate workloads at strategic/operational level in order to achieve overall objectives within time limits and agreed budgets.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to review and measure progress against specific criteria and take necessary corrective action. Sufficiently flexible to adapt and respond to the needs of continuously shifting goals.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, including board level, and demonstrate personal integrity and professional authority in all dealings with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to demonstrate sufficient professional credibility to act as ambassador for ADP and assist in establishment of brand within the marketplace.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level. Proven relevant experience may be taken in lieu of formal qualification.
  • Will have acquired a minimum of 7years executive-level managerial experience in a complex operational/ implementation/ service delivery environment. Knowledge of a payroll/HR would be an advantage.
  • Will have proven track record of successful implementation delivery management at senior level including financial management and P+L responsibility.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization for a US owned organization preferred.
