As a Specialist -- Service Desk, you will handle all customer queries assisting them in resolving any emerging problems within defined SLA's. it's all about enabling our customers to be more effective employers. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Respond and handle all payroll related queries which come through e-mail in CRM tool.
  • Ensure that responses are effective for all the queries and are responded within defined SLA.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to supervisor and incidentally to the processing team to ensure that they are addressed and resolved.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills and payroll knowledge to communicate with customers and Processing Teams - discussing client needs and resolving issues.
  • Adhere to ADP's quality standards, policies & procedures.
  • Serve as point of contact for your client's queries which are to be resolved within defined SLA.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education :

  • Any Education.

Experience :

  • At least 1 - 2 years in customer/client servicing.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on payroll process will be useful.
  • Ability to analyze problems through effective customer interaction and communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
