Lead Projects & Activities: Ensure that our work is delivered according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals. You will oversee the use of standard process workflows by your team. You will analyze results and prepare reports for your leadership. Create and Communicate: You will develop and execute a Communications Strategy and serve as the main driver for the communications messaging and media. You are responsible for conceptualizing along with your team members effective campaigns and content, and leverage seasoned experience in writing to produce compelling and informative content across various formats, including announcements, executive messages, product updates, video scripting, and more. Serve as a Consultant: You will have an enhanced understanding of your Business Unit's strategic goals and will work to implement and achieve them. You will function as a consultant and business partner to leaders you support and collaborate with peers to establish best practices. You may participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.

Bachelors degree in Communications or related field and/or related work experience in the area of communications. 5+ years of communications experience including internal communications-focused experience. Excellent English skills with the ability to formulate a clear point of view and create a concise and well-written narrative. Experience developing creative, effective approaches to communications goals or challenges. Must be willing to work US/Canada Hours (Eastern Standard Time)
