WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

o Be confident in recommending and implementing the appropriate solutions to clients, based on their unique needs, and ADPs impressive HCM offerings.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment
- At least 2 year of experience working in payroll
- Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
- Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations
- Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR

- Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Ability to flex communication style and work approach with different audiences
- Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, FinancialForce, and ADP Autopay,
- You have highly-recognized professional certifications, such as: PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $57,100.00 - $116,100.00 / Year
