ADP GlobalView is hiring a Senior Manager of Business Analytics for the newly formed GlobalView Data Insights Team to lead our analytics and BI (Business Intelligence) initiatives. We are looking for a business analytics leader with a passion and track record for leveraging insights, data, and analytics to unlock transformation and business excellence; an experienced people manager with strong business acumen to lead the Data Insights Team and enable data-driven decision making; and someone who passionate about the advanced BI solutions to lead the roadmap and technology deployment in the GlobalView Business Unit.,

This role will be responsible for overseeing the analytics team, driving strategic data analysis, managing the roadmap and deployment of BI solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Manager will also facilitate business engagement, support BI tool adoption, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive actionable insights and improvements. The Sr. Manager of Business Analytics will report to the GlobalView Global Transformation Director with a strong dotted line to ESI (Employer Services International) Business Analytics Director.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and management:

  • Provide strong leadership to lead and motivate newly created data team and matrix resources to deliver quality analysis, interpretation of findings and clear articulation of results and insights to business stakeholders, aim to build trusted and consultative analytics practice for GlobalView.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Guide the team on analysis of structure, semi-structure and qualitative data from disparate sources using a variety of techniques to distill into a comprehensible set of insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data team members to identify opportunities using data and insights to drive transformation, productivity, and client experiences optimization.
  • Direct the team on development and maintenance of business unit-specific BI dashboards and ensure that dashboards and BI solutions align with business requirements and provide valuable insights.

Analytics and insights:

  • Blend insights from all sources, including qualitative input and known business and technology limitations to present comprehensive business case to measurably improve key business outcomes, including consideration of all available options, risks, etc.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and leverage the business knowledge to guide analytics strategies.
  • Define how new analytic projects will be conducted to meet business objectives - leveraging existing research and conducting studies.

BI Solution and Stakeholder engagement:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap and plan for BI technology deployment and upgrades, act as the primary point of contact for business engagement regarding BI tool adoption and deployment.
  • Oversee the implementation of BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines and represent the business unit in ESI product forums to advocate for necessary BI enhancements and features.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support and coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders for new BI deployments and migrations, ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of people management experience with proven success of standing up new team and execute vision.
  • Prior experience in analytics, consulting, client experience, continuous improvement, or related fields, with preference to candidates who have a deep understanding of customer service organizations, and related KPIs (Key Process Indicators) and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of GlobalView or multiple countries payroll, experience working in the global environment, with different regions (APAC, AMERICAS, EMEA).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong initiative management and people management skills
  • Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations with action on insights through data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively navigate in a matrixed environment to collaboratively deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to operate with a continuous improvement mindset, building impact incrementally.
  • Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and accurate first mindset.
