• Leverage strong business consulting practices to differentiate ADP in the marketplace with TCO
approach, benchmarks, Challenger selling and business insights,
• Become the trusted advisorfor the Client, understand and act on trends in the external environment.

Position Summary :

The Business Consultant

• must understand customer needs and aligns them with the spectrum of France Product and Service
offerings.
• supports the France Sales team through the Sales process.
• guides Customers through the proof of concept and transition to the Implementation & Service teams.
• develops effective Sales strategies with France Sales force, discusses product requirements and
analyzes competitors' actions in the market.
• Is at the heart of the ADP organization during the sales cycle, in relationship with Product, Product
marketing, Operations and Sales.

We're looking for someone recognized as an Expert in one or more areas,

• with effective communication skills and customer focused,
• result oriented,
• able to multi-task and to meet deadlines,
• experienced in working with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment with a commitment to
quality and a thorough work approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Client facing activities:

• Understanding and aligning Customer needs with the ADP France portfolio,
• Communicating at different audiences' levels and adjusting the functional and technical content to
meet individual needs,
• Assisting in the HR transformation discussion with prospects and performing business case analysis,
• Delivering Expertise on Payroll & HR Services (including, Service definition, Implementation services,
Service level agreement and governance, both in presales activities and in support of contract
negotiations) and on technical aspects (architecture, interfaces, Security),
• Performing demos and participating in Marketing events.

Operational Support:

• Answering Request For Information/Request For Proposal documents and coordinating answers to
Customer requests,
• Preparing and delivering Sales presentations by demonstrating offering's value,
• Working closely with the Sales team and all other business units (Implementation, Product, Customer
Services),
• Keeping up to date with product developments,
• Traveling to meetings with potential clients,
• Contributing to update our demo-platform.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate that is just as enthusiastic and eager as we are and who can bring in:

• 8+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll,
• Expertise in understanding in Human Resources Information System, architectures, and
technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Fluency in English is mandatory; multi-lingual can be an advantage,
• Informative, well-organized presentations,
• Know-how in communicating difficult/sensitive information tactfully,
• Team player, good listener and capacity to be Client advisor,
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, skills, and techniques.
• Aptitude to ensure the timely delivery of critical information to internal analysis teams, sponsors,
customers, and other interested parties and to prioritize work,
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and
written communications.

You are located in Nanterre, France with domestic travel as necessary
