• Responsibilities. Responsible for designing, developing, and modifying software systems including front end and back-end application interfaces. Collaborate with business analysts to determine, recommend, and plan new system requirements and the modification of existing software systems. Modify existing software systems to correct errors and improve performance. Coordinate with infrastructure team to install new features in software systems. Determine system performance standards and implement algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems. Test, review, and analyze application behavior and performance indicators to locate code problems and correct errors. Work closely with globally located teams and stakeholders to review, investigate and partner on requirements. Contribute to ongoing development of the team's processes, procedures, and best practices, conduct code reviews.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus three (3) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and one (1) year of related experience.
• Work Experience. One (1) year of experience must include: Java Script/HTML5/CSS; Object Oriented Design and Development; Amazon Web Services or equivalent cloud technologies; Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent Database technologies; Relational databases, including modeling entity relationships and understanding SQL; Producing wireframes for user interfaces; Agile software development methodologies; and Microservices architecture.
