In this role, you will help develop materials to educate and reinforce ADP's associates' knowledge of their information security responsibilities, to help protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of ADP's information. This role is key in helping reduce associate‐caused security incidents by managing the design and deployment of compelling security-focused content that addresses security needs across multiple business lines.
You will provide top-notch client service to internal and external clients. You will be one of the key security advocates and will be responsible for various styles of associate and client communications, advocacy and assurance.
The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to help internal and external clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Educate ADP associates on security best practices, standards and policies in a fun, engaging way through communication campaigns and materials (emails, blogs, infographics, videos, presentations, webinars, office events...).
- Monitor and manage our security mailbox and help answer associate and client security inquiries.
- Help create and disseminate client statements and security alerts.
- Manage our security communication channels and materials, keeping the content up-to-date on internal and external websites.
- Leading, coordinating, or supporting ongoing strategic projects.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of professional work experience in communications, marketing, business, information technology, risk or security.
- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal skills with fluent English (writing samples may be required).
- Creativity: You can grasp, translate, and present technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals (presentation samples may be required).
- Organizational Skills: You demonstrate excellent project management skills, ensuring projects are organized, deadlines are met, and leadership is informed throughout.
- Strong relationship-building skills: You have a way with internal and external clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. You can easily communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful manner.
- Flexibility and Agility: You can adapt to changing requirements, projects, and resources to meet business needs. You are also able to work seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: You are a strong team player and comfortable working within a team across multiple time zones.
- Autonomy: You work autonomously, and proactively tackle challenges, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Innovative Thinking: You seek opportunities to apply innovative design thinking to your materials and keep abreast of industry trends in security, communications, and learning.
Bonus points for these:
- Graphic Designknowledge and/or certification (PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign...). Presentation samples may be required.
- Knowledge of the IT Security industry and the principles of security governance, risk, controls, and frameworks such as NIST.
- Experience in security communications, and/or training focused on driving cultural change for diverse global audiences.
- Experience with data analysis and measures to track and report on the efficiency of the deployed initiatives and progress toward transformation.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word...)
