ADP is hiring a Real Estate Services Counselor.

As a Real Estate Services Counselor, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of an ADP value-add real estate benefit. You'll have the opportunity to assist ADP associates wanting to buy, sell or finance a personal home.

WHAT YOU'll DO:

  • Communicates and administer domestic REST policy to Associate including home sale/home purchase benefits and mortgage services
  • Coordinate the home-marketing program including: Set up and direct real estate agents, analyze BPO's to determine effective marketing strategies, assist with home sale contracts, manage potential problems and source solutions, review inspection results, appraisals, closing documents, implement referral fee program and provide world class service
  • Coordinate the home-purchase program including: Set up area tours, direct agents, guide associates on "buying smart", review inspection results, appraisals, closing documents, implement referral fee program and provide world class service
  • Coordinate and manage all service providers including, but not limited to, van lines, mortgage lenders, attorneys etc.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a relocation and/or real estate related field
  • Real Estate License/Appraisal license
  • Strong real estate experience and sales history
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong marketing and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CRP designation
  • Adobe, Photoshop or other graphic design software knowledge
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to manage a significant case load
  • Strong expertise analyzing BPO's and appraisals to determine market strategies as well as offer guidance in negotiating home sales and home purchases
