ADP is hiring a Project Specialist-Data Analyst- This role will be responsible for maintaining the Associate Relations case management system- HRAcuity, analyzing data into actionable insights and sharing the findings through the creation of PowerPoint presentations. This role will also be responsible for project managing business driven initiatives identified by Associate Relations trends.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean, and analyze data effectively from multiple systems.
  • Design, build, deliver, and support HR and Talent Acquisition reports, analyses, and dashboards to enable better people decisions.
  • Create, distribute, and maintain a library of standard reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrates immaculate attention to detail and the ability to build trust with internal clients
  • Works on various projects based on HR initiatives and support continuous improvement opportunities
  • Experience interacting with leadership, negotiating deliverables, navigating complex organizations, and managing through ambiguity.
  • Assess, address, and resolve routine Associate Relations cases
  • Recommend areas for improvement in the delivery of services, technology, and process
  • Ensures that data audit and related feedback are consistent and is in support of delivering a consistent, accurate, and appropriate Associate Relations service.
  • Work directly with Associates across all business units via e-mail and telephone to assess, coordinate, and conduct appropriate responses to Associate concerns.
  • Coordinate the general evaluation of cases.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and an ownership mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in HR/People Analytics and reporting
    Experience creating reports in various reporting systems (IBM Cognos, SuccessFactors, ADPR, etc) and data mining and manipulation skills using SQL.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel (conditional formulas, formatting, pivot tables, etc) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to manage time, projects, and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • 3+ year(s) of relevant experience
  • Excellent listening, questioning and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities for self and work with sense of urgency
  • Consultative skills; the ability to coach Associates
  • Act with integrity, objectivity, fairness and impartiality
  • Exhibits sound judgment and courage
  • Process and continuous improvement orientation
  • Operational experience in HR processes, systems, and data flows
  • Solid understanding of Tableau and basic data visualization
  • Proficient in All Microsoft Office Suite Applications -- Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Deadline-oriented and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to think and react appropriately
  • Ability to Manage Time in a Fast-paced Environment
