We have a exciting vacancy for a Payroll Consultant!

LOCATION: Östermalmstorg 1, 114 42 Stockholm, Sweden

Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

You will identify, improve and follow specific processes and routines to maximize the efficiency of the business. Ensures correct information regarding salary payments, holiday debt, tax return and year-end routines.

Has a very good sense of customer service and a consultative approach and is stimulated by new challenges. Actively contributes to the development and profitability of the business.

This role reports to the Team Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Provides payroll processing and support to our customers within the correct time frame/deadline.
  • Has good knowledge of the company's applications (Hogia payroll, Flex HRM, PBM, Tulip, etc.) to prepare routines and reports.
  • Contact person for their customers and builds good relationships.
  • Follow the ISO documentation.
  • Always maintain a high level of service and keep all information confidential.
  • Follows laws and agreements and guides customers.
  • Have good knowledge of our partners and working methods and train consultants if necessary.
  • Have sufficient knowledge of our customers' contracts and prices for invoicing and is responsible for ensuring that the correct time and services are charged for own work.
  • Has own area of responsibility to run processes/projects independently (functional responsibility) to achieve the project goal on time.
  • Proactive planning and correct execution for their customers and responsible for materials from the customer arriving on time.
  • Be able to provide support and guide consultants in parts of the payroll process and routines.
  • If necessary, be a supervisor for new hires/juniors and interns, set up a schedule and follow up throughout the period.
  • Keeps up to date on customers' collective agreements and correct handling.
  • Quality assurance over the payroll process and reports.
  • Correct handling of salary type updates/connections.
  • Have a creative problem-solving approach, independently able to solve problems directly with the customer.
  • Be able to summarize conclusions and recommendations towards the customer and within the business for improvement to development and streamlining.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education: Qualified vocational education/SALK/Further education
  • Hogia Salary Plus
  • Good knowledge in English
  • Special system/program: Expertise in at least two payroll systems, autonomous in the entire payroll process
  • Degree from practical payroll training or equivalent
  • Continuous training in salary rules, taxes, holidays, laws and contracts
  • Good knowledge of pre-systems, Hogia Lön Plus, Flex HRM
  • Microsoft 365, Excel
  • High integrity
  • GDPR
