RESPONSIBILITIES The NAS Talent I9 Service Representative I is responsible for handling all calls and service requests for every client that uses ADP Electronic I9 products and services for existing National Account Services clients. Serves as Client service and product support specialist Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products - ei-9 Answer non-technical questions Conduct correspondence with customers and representatives Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities Client communication & engagement are facilitated through multiple channels: scheduled meetings or outbound calls, Email, Calls and through the Data-Secured case management system of ADP (CEH).
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree Customer Service Experience and/or 2+ years of equivalent work experience Ability to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear, and confident manner Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
