MISSION

The NAS Project Services Operations-Field Enablement Workforce Team Lead help NAS achieve optimal success by 1) delivering accurate and insightful data management; 2) consistently reviewing and improving our technology, tools, and processes; as well as 3) partnering with our delivery teams to meet client and business service level agreements.

The Project Services Operations-Field Enablement Lead Business Analyst is also engaged to own special projects in partnership with Project Services Service Delivery leaders.

KEY EXPECTATIONS

The Project Services Operations-Field Enablement Workforce Team Lead is expected to behave with a bias for solution, collaborative innovation, and data-driven decision making. Success and performance indicators are assessed through the following processes:

  • Operational Lead for all Project Services Operations Support processes
    • Support the NAS Project Services team's data management needs, including reporting, analysis, hygiene, and audit exercises
    • Administer, support, and manage utilized platforms by Project Services - FinancialForce, ADPWorks, Siebel. This includes coordinating updates, upgrades & enhancement proposals for said tools.
  • Supervision/Performance management of Business Analysts supporting Project Services Operations-Field Enablement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in HCM related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient PC Navigation skills.
  • Experience with the use of Salesforce or any CRM tools
  • Advance skills and proficiency with the use Microsoft Suite of products
  • Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects is required.
  • High volume, problem resolution, technical client services experience
  • Experience or Training in Project Management is critical.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions is helpful.
  • US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Work experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage, SQL is highly preferred.
