In this position you will be responsible for key business metrics and reporting that drives decision making and process improvement for digital marketing efforts. A champion for tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting digital campaign performance. Ensure accurate and high-quality data is collected and analyzed on a consistent basis. Leverage a variety of analytical tools to provide information that is flexible, responsive and nimble to changing business needs. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for analysis, validation and support for all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analytics/ Consulting/Communicating
- Experience using SalesForce to track campaign activity and report results.
- Understanding of sales funnel, lead queues, promotional IDs.
- Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, web behavioral data, existing systems, interface requirements, and operational needs
- Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance
- Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
- Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies
- Work with Business Unit champions and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define requirements related to reporting, analytics, trending and communications
- Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign/website performance reports
- Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends
- Develops adhoc inquiries to assist in reporting, categorization and analysis
- Works and counsels on best practices for measurement
- Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of campaign data, reporting and analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience with Major Area of Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Statistics
- 3-5 Years of directly related experience related to marketing analytics. Adept at working in Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel and Powerpoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Salesforce experience.
- Understanding of account, contact, and campaign records, including generating custom contact views.
- Experience creating and maintaining lead, opportunity, and contact level reporting.
- Strong presentation skills. Experience developing and delivering campaign results presentations to marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display and programmatic platforms
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work with and communicate at all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations
- Strong Excel skills required, including data modeling and ad hoc analysis
- Can easily build relationships across multiple functions and business Units

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $57,100.00 - $116,100.00 / Year
