You manage and drive efficiency and innovations initiatives within and beyond the department. Your skills in deploying strategies are critical in this role. What you'll do: Responsibilities

Drive Associate and Customer engagement.

Associate and Customer engagement is at the center of everything you do! You will promote associate and customer engagement with a focus on activity standards, business metrics, shared goals, and other improvement strategies. You will regularly provide progress updates to the Leader Professional Services and generate visibility to projects and their outcomes.

Manage transformation. You will manage and embrace the translation of the (international) product/service portfolio into workable solutions with the aim to support ADP's goal to stay the world's leading multi-country payroll and HCM provider. You are in the driver's seat in attracting, retaining and developing people and the needed skills to comply with the everchanging demands from the market, products and customers.

Drive productivity. You will drive projects and initiatives to drive overall efficiency gains and improve productivity with the aim to increase ADP's market share in the Dutch market. You are responsible for the development and local execution of the strategy and portfolio.

Experience you'll need: Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience. Experience in a service and outsourcing environment is an advantage.

• A bachelor degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a master degree, acceptable experience could include:

• Experience noted above OR

• Other experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, trust-building, process optimization, improving efficiency and productivity, and a "can do" mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written, in both English and Dutch)

• Managing change and managing multiple priorities

• Having 'makings things better' as your Middle Name

• Strong capacity for business metric analysis as well as lateral thinking

• Experience working across a wide geographical and stakeholder landscape
