In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple initiatives at ADP and work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. The project manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects by interfacing with senior management and project team members to meet expectations, while driving the program forward. This position's primary purpose is to manage projects that support the Implementation Process and optimize our implementation through process, methodology and playbook management and project plan templates management. These projects will include process creation and refinement as well as implementation tooling requirements to help support the Implementation organization. This position may lead project teams for various implementation projects simultaneously.

Talent Enablement Job Description:

As the evolving needs and demands of NAS Implementation continue, Talent Enablement is focused on the organization's success by helping our associates grow individually and in their teams. We are focused on ensuring a consistent experience across all of Implementation including new hire onboarding, mentorship program and the creation of associate development plans and communications. Associates will be up to date on latest processes, best practices, and competencies through training and development opportunities.

In this role, you will work alongside a team of passionate, creative subject matter experts, leaders, and product champions to ensure that our organization, and specifically the associates who do the work, are prepared for what comes next. You will rely on a variety of data inputs to proactively identify opportunities to care for and raise the level of knowledge in your workstream. You will use your deep knowledge of methodology, industry, compliance, and product to define, communicate, and train best practices. You will collaborate with the Product Enablement to ensure associates receive critical information regarding new product features. You will work with other team members to optimize communication across the organization, including documentation in playbooks, project plans, and job aids to ensure that it is well-crafted and properly timed. You will work closely with our partners in the Process Optimization and Tooling team as well as stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities, understand pain points and determine effective training solutions.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Partner with the Product team and Implementation on implementation tooling needs, requirements, testing, and training, documentation, and org readiness
  • Creating or modifying process documentation or engagement models in partnership with SMEs, Product, Operations, Tooling, and other partners across ADP globally
  • Serve as a workstream lead for Implementation on special projects and initiatives specific to domain expertise
  • Create training content, deliver training to the leaders and to the implementation team
  • Manage day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management, tracking, and reporting of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in internal and strategic projects
  • Define and maintain best practices related to implementing our products
  • Coordinate organization readiness activities for product and process changes.
  • Create learning and booster programs that support both the short- and long-term needs of the business with a focus on certifications, cross-skilling, up-skilling, and release knowledge sharing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience as a Project Manager with a broad knowledge of HCM and deep workstream of Time product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate solid Project Management to drive initiatives effectively.
  • Demonstrate a disciplined approach to managing and measuring outcomes, providing status updates and executing (or managing execution) of deliverables on time.
  • Possesses a sense of urgency and a spirit of adaptability.
  • Ability to create and/or curate training courses and training programs that address the needs of the business and enable associates to do their jobs more effectively, including creating assessments.
  • Implementation experience, including mentoring and improving the experience for other associates. This may require you to rotate onto a client project to keep skills and knowledge current
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, communication skills, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including training/communication delivery
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • You have experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and knowledge and understanding of Time
  • You bring industry expertise to each client solution and apply best practices through in-depth client consultation
  • You maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • You take initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes*
  • You're process-oriented with a high attention to details
  • You're proficient using Microsoft Office suite and have experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools
  • You have PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions
