THE ROLE & KEY OBJECTIVES
In this role, you will validate and allocate inbound leads as fast as possible. This is a client-facing role in the sales organization where you will set a schedule with the prospect and transfer the lead to the District Manager, effectively building the pipeline of the team.
You will go into the role with a speed to lead mentality, providing fast and efficient customer experience while further increasing the efficiency of our organization. Daily, you will validate leads from the inbound queue, interact with prospects, and ensure that leads are addressed in a timely manner.
Don't worry if you have no prior experience in the role; we are known for our high-quality training and will teach you how to use the latest tools and technology to set you up for success.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Grow Our Business While Developing Your Career.
- You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to ensure the speed to lead process is consistent and effective.
- Follow business processes and use tools such as Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, referral processing systems, and other related tools.
- Represent ADP for a positive interaction with potential new clients. You will be interacting with industry leaders and experts to validate their needs which enables ADP to provide the best solution.
YOUR PROFILE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- DUTCH: Proficient, Business professional. (C1.C2 Level)
- English: High Level of English proficiency. (B2 minimum level)
- Experience working in a target driven, lead generation environment preferable.
- Candidate must be comfortable with having in-depth discussions with Decision maker contacts, have knowledge of social media and Digital Research Methods.
- Previous CRM knowledge is very desirable (salesforce.com preferable)
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- A strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
- Outstanding problem solving and time management skills.
- Result-driven to achieve SLAs defined for the role.
- Comfortable working in a highly structured environment with intense training.
- Understanding of process-oriented lead management approach.
- High level of the language of the covered market
- Base salary + bonus + benefits
- Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid model. NIE/SSN required to legally work in Spain.
