ADP is hiring a Lead Architect- GenAI.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the GENAI initiative at Tax Credits. You and your team of talented technologists will be responsible for the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of our ADP Assist experience across Tax Credits products and solutions. You will focus on leveraging generative AI technologies to drive innovation, improve client experiences, and optimize business processes. The successful candidate will have a background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Build or explore opportunities to increase process automation using GenAI
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to keep ADP at the forefront of innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI technologies to improve client experiences and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing products and platforms.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and other business units to understand client needs and translate them into AI solutions.
  • In this dynamic role, you will thrive in a large and complex AI environment that is continuously evolving. Your collaboration with both Product Development and Product Management teams will be crucial to achieving our clients' goals.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • You'll be a talented AI Specialist who possesses a solid understanding of a variety of technologies such as large language models, neural networks, data pipelines, and AI-driven analytics.
  • You'll have experience with cloud-based AI platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
  • You'll be proficient in Java/JEE technologies, jQuery, JSON, Angular, Kafka
  • You'll have experience Microservice architecture
  • You'll have Hands-on experience with Spring boot and Spring integrations
  • You'll have experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Mongo or DynamoDB
  • GIT, Jenkins
  • You'll be a great communicator verbally and in writing

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI ethics and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices related to AI model deployment.
  • Experience in visualization tools for data analysis and presentation.
  • A background in research or academia related to artificial intelligence.
