We are looking for an experienced specialist for our team, for which the staff and wages are
not only a job, but also a passion and a plan for the future. The Consultant's position allows
on the one hand to use the substantive knowledge and become an expert in their field, and on
the other hand, develop in building relationships with the client, widely understood
cooperation and coordination activities.
The main tasks in this position will include:
• coordinating HR and payroll services for a given client / group of ADP clients,
• conducting analyzes in the HR and payroll area, ZUS and working time,
• support in calculating wages and verification of results with the client,
• preparation of documentation (specifications for new solutions,

• instructions for the user and other documents related to the processes carried out) in
cooperation with other departments of the company,
• introduction of agreed changes in salary parameters or in the customer's database
(including setting up new pay components, creating new reports),
• verification of the HR and payroll application functionality and testing of new
solutions,
• effective cooperation with other company departments.
Our requirements:
• rich substantive and practical knowledge in the field of HR and payroll issues,
• readiness to build business relations with the client,
• very good organization of tasks and time management skills,
• freedom in working with the computer and experience in handling HR and payroll
programs and the Office suite (in particular Excel),
• willingness to constantly develop their knowledge and skills,
• knowledge of English at a communicative level is recommended
• commitment, communication skills and cooperation skills.
