ADP, one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing solutions in human resource, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions from a single source, is looking for Input/Output Data Specialist, to join our team in Brno.

Job Description:

As Input/Output Data Specialist you will ensure that data are processed timely and accurately using the agreed upon standards and requirements. On top of regular tasks you will participate on several improvement and automation project and significantly contribute to the team success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts data for mass upload.
  • Verifies and logs receipt of data.
  • Consolidate source data into the required electronic format.
  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Participate on continuous improvement projects.
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry ideally within HR or Finance environment.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Advantage is VBA programming skills to automate repetitive tasks in Excel.
