ADP are hiring for a Implemenation Consultant to join our growing Implemenation team!

If you have experience in onboarding clients/project management and preferably implementing Hogia please keep reading!

LOCATION: Östermalmstorg 1, 114 42 Stockholm, Sweden

Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home

JOB PURPOSE:

Working directly with the client to set expectations on go live date and getting ready for implementation of Hogia. Gatekeeper for system set-up and keeping the client warm until resource is assigned.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Works directly with clients remotely to agree delivery of contractual elements
  • Work across projects of all levels of complexity including bespoke requirements
  • Gate keeper of setting up systems
  • Ensure all relevant reports are received from the client and validated before the project is assigned resource
  • Works closely with the Allocation and Resourcing team to ensure effective use of resource
  • Exercise judgement and provide guidance based on previous experience, practices, and precedents
  • Acts as an interface with other departments
  • Raising and handling escalation when required
  • Address conflicts or problem situations as soon as possible by working directly with those involved
  • Communicate to the wider teams consistently on updates for projects
  • Contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions
  • Develop processes and procedures to meet the needs of the client and business

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A structured approach to managing workload and managing client expectations
  • Networking skills making you a key point of contact for business users
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and foster partnerships both internally and externally at different levels of the organisation
  • Ability to maintain focus and work effectively to tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers, driving them to deliver whilst maintaining a good relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in completing relevant documentation
  • Qualified vocational training/SALK/Further education or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of pre-systems and Hogia salary plus/Flex HRM
  • Project management
  • Experience from other service profession/consultative work
  • Microsoft 365, good skills in Excel
  • Structured with good documentation habits
  • Genuine interest in problem solving
  • High integrity
  • Taking responsibility, educational
  • Proficient in speaking and writing Business English
  • Proficient in speaking and writing Swedish
  • GDPR
