Department Profile:
ADP's Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Implementation organization provides enterprise
level Payroll, HR, Time and Labour Management (TLM) suite of products to businesses of
varying sizes. The Implementation Specialist is a project-based role responsible for the end-to-end successful implementation of the HR components of ADP's complete Human Capital
Management (HCM) solution. As a member of our HRO team, you will provide expert
consultative service on industry best practices and legislative compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the ADP Implementation Methodology to implement HR solutions to new and
existing ADP clients
• Assume responsibility and accountability for their client projects while keeping client
engaged and satisfied
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition through the
implementation stage of the client lifecycle from Sales to Implementation to Client
Service
• Analyze client's HR needs via virtual meetings to determine the necessary setup
• Configure ADP products following the account specific guidelines
• Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations for new or
existing clients
• Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues
for management and overall status of project
• Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up through collaboration and testing
• Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure
that project and solutions are delivered on time
• Formally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutions
• Responsible to ensure quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targets
(NPS)
• Facilitate and schedule calls to accomplish analysis, walkthrough their new customized
solution, validation, first use and troubleshooting
• Provide support to their assigned clients until turned over to the Transition Team/Client
Services
• Manage own workload while providing service excellence
• Where required, provide local on-site training for those clients that need further
support/assistance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR capacity
• Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
• Project management knowledge
• General knowledge of operating systems
• Canadian Benefits experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams

Education:
• Post-secondary education or related business experience
• Certificate in Human Resources or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
Designation would be considered an asset
