• Want to build a new business within a reputable company with a strong brand and capital?
• Do you have expertise creating data-driven personalized offers to a B2C audience?
• Like to generate interest in a new offering and translate that interest into revenue?

We are looking for a B2C growth-oriented business builder with a background in personalized offer curation, demand generation, and audience engagement. You will be part of a growing team that is building a set of new B2C offerings that leverage ADP's vast data set to provide unique value to workers.

• B2C Strategy: Lead consumer engagement strategy and personalization approach for emerging B2C initiatives
• Personalization: Create data-driven personalization strategies to ensure that the right offers are shown to the right consumers at the right time to maximize revenue.
• Communications strategy: Develop and execute a cross-channel integrated engagement strategy leveraging social, content marketing and partnerships. Paid channels may be added in the future.
• Marketing technology: Define and implement marketing technology strategy to support the overall business strategy
• Nudge and Nurture: Implement ongoing nudge and nurture campaigns to facilitate prospects through the marketing funnel

Above all, you will be data driven to support a hypothesis based, test and iterate approach.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in education and experience)
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience including experience in personalization software, data-driven acquisition, mobile, social media.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience developing and executing offer based marketing strategies to a B2C audience
• Strategic marketing thinker and doer who can generate and execute on great ideas. Extensive success delivering large-scale innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment, but also has strong attention to detail
• Strong creative point of view with proven ability to inspire teams to deliver high-impact work on time, on budget and on brand.
• Proven expertise in collaborating and influencing partners across the organization, to deliver best in class digital experiences that drive online sales
• A high level of emotional intelligence, collaborative style, and solid judgment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action. Excellent problem-solving skills. Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity. Demonstrates professional maturity and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to execute as a sole contributor yet also influence and lead cross-functional teams
