Responsibilities:

  • Work with MS team, SRM and PS client users for the timely address of client issues and business requirements
  • Work with product/SAP for the new enhancements in the system and resolution of product issues
  • Work with implementation, to transition the new clients, ensure all the required documents are shared and solution are built as pe the product template guidelines
  • Provide timely response to the service requests raised by client
  • Effectively set, manage, and deliver on client expectations in accordance with contractual requirements, system limitation and Global View guidelines
  • Adhere to support process/guidelines to deliver the solutions for client requirements/issues
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the SAP solutions for the legislative requirements
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP Global View template and ensure that the template is adhered to
  • Mentor new team members coming onboard

Competencies:

  • Must have excellent performance track record in current role.
  • Configuration knowledge SAP payroll and time management (Preferred)
  • Excellent understanding and practice of payroll processing procedures
  • Should have played a client facing role for at least 3 years
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrated time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with associates to achieve team goals
  • Ability to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships, and implications
  • Ability to understand the upstream and downstream HR applications.
