Role Purpose
GV Manager leads daily operation of GV Client Service team members. Ensures activities are performed according to contractual commitment and Service Level Agreements and in alignment with the business strategy.
Leverages associates' engagement and positive client experience.
Function
GV Manager ensures adherence to internal processes and country specific legal requirements, drives global and local transformation projects and continuous improvement. GV Manager role models company values. Creates cooperative environment across departments and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures KPIs delivery (NPS, associates' turnover, financial targets, productivity, revenues...) as well as operational delivery (overtimes, vacation management, HO, DPC, DPP...)
- Is responsible for leadership and functional skill development of team members, promotes knowledge-sharing
- Plans and allocates resources efficiently, utilizes capacity of associates also with regards to improvement projects
- Actively uses Standout to drive associates' performance and engagement
- Improves business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output
- Nurtures clients' relationships (change requests, escalations, NPS

- Business acumen, leadership skills, change and improvement agent, builds effective relationships
