- 7-9 years of overall software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint online development including SPFX, CSOM, PnP Js, Microsoft UI Fabric components.
- 2+ experience on Azure development including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Web Jobs.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using the following programming languages: C#, .NET (CSOM), JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, HTML, CSS, and object-oriented coding fundamentals
- 3+ years of client-side web development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as ReactJS, Bootstrap, SPFx. Good to have experience in Knockout, Angular.
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions on SharePoint On-Premises / SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Development experience with the Microsoft suite of development tools (Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, Visual Studio Code, etc.)
- Experience in using Bitbucket/ Git as Code Repository.
- Experience developing custom scripts using MS Power Shell.
- Must have experience developing SharePoint Designer Workflows, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience working with an Agile Scrum development team.
- Solid web debugging skills.
- Object Oriented Design (OOD) experience.
- Experience writing engineering level documentation.
- Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong time-management skills with ability to provide design for multiple projects with varying timelines.
- Forward thinker with desire to research, learn and implement new technologies.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a creative team in a collaborative, agile environment.
