KEY OBJECTIVES
Your key objectives as a Sales Development Executive (SDR) at ADP is to identify, nurture and generate new business opportunities across The DACH Region Mid-market for our HCM solutions and maintain ADP's position as the Global HCM provider. You will be researching prospect accounts, using social and digital tools, to provide insight for prospects through:

THE ROLE
Masterful Communicator: Your mission is to uncover pain points that prospects have, engaging them with thought-provoking questions and sharing insights which help them find a way to overcome them by considering becoming a client of ADP.
Ambitious: Success will be achieved by engaging prospects through social media, e-mail, phone calls and other industry leading tools provided by ADP. As their trusted advisor, you will also encourage the prospective buyer to attend both in-person events and webinars, read new and informative whitepapers and get valuable knowledge specific to their roles.
Team Player: Your will be assigned to a territory and be the main partner of your Sales District Manager in working a particular list of Accounts. When your prospect is ready to have an in-depth discussion about how ADP solutions could help them, you will introduce your field sales partner.
Committed to Data Quality: You will get to leverage our CRM (Salesforce.com) as your main tool to manage all your work, making it easy to focus on what is really important to you, minimizing administrative or reporting tasks and having a clean, updated database every time.
KEY DUTIES AS AN SDR
- Profile and qualify Lead and Contact strategic Data - Own your List.
- Use all tools provided to make sure you build a multi-touch approach to each account - Understand the Cadence.
- Detect favorable contexts that will enable your Sales Partner (District Manager) to interact with a prospect - Be knowledgeable.
- Provide your support to other team members when they are in need - Help out.
- Make recommendations for new processes and procedures, as well as suggest improvements to existing workflows - Get involved.
- Identify strategic accounts and key individuals by researching and obtaining business intelligence and possible needs for each account - Work smarter, not harder.
- Ensure all key details are present on your Leads - Decision maker names, addresses, current suppliers, topics of interest, buying cycle information etc. - Quality drives your success.
- Follow-up on inbound requests and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for all interested prospects - Win as One.
- Identify Critical Business Issues within your targeted accounts as well as keep track of issues and trends within the wider market - Trusted source of Information.
- Share relevant content through social media, that promotes both you and ADP as an HCM Thought Leader. - Brand yourself as the expert.
- Build close business relationships with selected accounts to ensure that they think of ADP when they are ready to discuss a critical need in the HCM/Payroll space - Use the power of ADP.
- Maintain a regular flow of qualified, sales ready leads - not simply appointments, for the partner District Managers - Act as an Owner, not as an assistant.
- Collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Sales Managers and District Managers on any local campaigns or 'one off' events, in terms of receiving, profiling and follow up on hot Leads - Jump to the occasion.
- Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com to reflect all progress made - Be neat and organized.
- Attend regular alignment meetings with your sales partners, to target, profile, discuss and decide needs, give/receive feedback, monitor territory account's progress and performance - Team up.
- Your will participate in team training sessions; team meetings, within SDR and wider Sales/Marketing and many other special company events - Part of the conversation.
- Take ownership and responsibility in managing your daily individual tasks and monthly/quarterly target, to ensure we deliver on our plans. Align yourself to team and business objectives and follow recommendations from your peers and Leaders. - Be reliable and keep an open mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will report to your SDR Manager, who will guide and coach you to achieve success by recommending and assigning you tasks.
- You need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from your Leaders.
- Get involved and collaborate on projects aimed at improving our processes, developing our team members, and delivering on our commitments as a Team.
- Be able to constructively accept and receive feedback aimed at maintaining a high-performance standard.
- Stay open to learn and develop continuously, to gain new skills needed and quickly adapt to changes and grow your career.
- Learn about ADP's values, conduct and other regulations, and reflect them both inside and outside the office.
YOUR PROFILE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GERMAN speaker. C2 or C1. Business Professional.
- Minimum B2 level.
- Experience working in a target driven, lead generation environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable with having in-depth discussions with Decision maker contacts, have knowledge of social media and Digital Research Methods.
- Previous CRM knowledge is very desirable (salesforce.com preferable)
- Base salary + 30% commissions (uncapped) + on target bonus + company benefits
- Work 1 month remote from anywhere. Spanish bank holidays and standard company holidays
- Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid model. NIE/SSN required to legally work in Spain.
