POSITION SUMMARY:

- Implement the strategies and human resource policies of the company, managing part of the following processes: compensation, benefits, training, development, labor relations, recruitment and selection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide support to leaders of the areas in situations that require knowledge of technical and / or use of people management instruments.

- Lead the development and implementation of succession planning actions and enhancement of leadership.

-Facilitate the proper administration of personnel management processes.

- Identify training needs and develop action plans.

- Ensure the quality of staff employed by the company, by defining criteria and procedures, managing the process of recruitment and selection.

- Conduct collective bargaining process with the unions, together with the legal department.

- Implement policies for the implementation of compensation and benefits processes.

- Lead the development of initiatives to improve the working environment and the promotion of a culture of high performance.

- Implement action plans to attract, retain and motivate talent. Note: the occupants of this position can only focus on related.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

-Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

- Experience as an HRBP

- Specific knowledge: fluent English, leadership, communication, persuasion, advanced strategies people management, change management, labor legislation and social security

- Skills: flexibility, planning, organization, focus on results, interpersonal, systemic and business acumen.
