NOTE: We are seeking out bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) talent that can be based within our El Paso, TX, location or within our Deerfield, IL, location. We work a hybrid model of 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week working from home.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Bilingual Executive Relations Manager (Relationship Manager) promotes and manages effective relationships with ADP Celergo Streamline (CSL) partners. As the liaison with the partner and as a partner advocate, you will serve as the key contact within the senior levels of the partner's organization. Understanding the partners' short and long term goals, you will serve as a facilitator of prospective new business, new feature/product opportunities, and create/execute on strategies that assist in delivering a value-based relationship with each partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure partner issues are addressed and resolved
  • Own responsibility for partner retention, satisfaction, reference ability, and revenue/profitability growth
  • Responsible for building and growing strategic relationships with partners
  • Negotiate operational issues and contract opportunities with partners
  • Partnership with ADP Sales and coordination of securing additional business opportunities
  • Partnership with business consultants and sales leadership to provide updated sales tools to accelerate sales volume
  • Focus on securing contracts and service level agreements (SLA's)
  • Engage partner decision-makers to understand partner vision and goals in partnership/working business relationship with ADP
  • Engage partner throughout working relationship with ADP
  • Coordinate efforts with internal ADP partners/counterparts
  • Up to 35% travel

QUALIFICATIONS REQURED:

  • Education: BS/BA in Business discipline or a minimum of 5-7 years of servicing large National Account size clients in related industry in the area of professional services, system implementation and/or client service for HR, payroll or finance systems

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Experience working with a highly motivated and dynamic sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive levels within partner organizations and third parties resulting in a consultative relationships
  • Must possess strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a demonstrated proficiency in time management and client conflict resolution is necessary
  • Has an understanding of the full suite of product offerings and knows where to escalate to get the client additional information
  • Experience in managing service recovery
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Payroll experience and CPP is a plus
