The Senior Payroll Process Executive is responsible for Philippines Payroll and reports generation.
- Manage the local lodgments and statutory filings
- Interact with offshore processing team in India
- Adheres to quality standards and procedures
- Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
- Ensures the client receives the paysheet and statutory reports for every payroll run for the month
- If required run payroll reports locally
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience preferred.
- Should have 3 to 5 years of Philippines payroll experience
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Technology appreciation and ability to work in different platforms
- Excel Knowledge is a mandatory
- Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers.
