We are looking for an Enterprise Client District Manager to join a flourishing sales team in the North of the UK.

We're looking to nurture and expand ADP's current client base in the UK and we need your help to do it. In client sales, we're all about growing the UK business and retaining market share. We know the continued success and future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here.

The Role

The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's UK HR and Payroll Solutions alongside nurturing our client base to understand ADP's global offering. The role embraces sales to existing customers with over 1500 employees through understanding expansion opportunities of ADP's current solution offering to incorporate additional products and services. Sales cycles are of a 6 - 9 month period and of a complex nature with customer negotiation likely to be with several members of the executive team, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect. Average order values range from £80k - £100k of year one value .

Key Duties/Tasks

  • Create own business plan within overall framework and aligned to Enterprise business aims.
  • Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters.
  • Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits
  • Identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs.
  • Liaise with Account Management and Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.
  • Work with pre sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
  • Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution
  • Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience of a service-based offering (process and solution) -- technology, or Payroll/HCM related industry
  • Experience with a variety of channels, with a structured approach, to generate sales opportunities from existing client base.
  • A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding targets within existing client base sales roles
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals £100k plus of revenue with enterprise companies of over 1500 employees
  • Ideally you will have experience selling multi country products
  • A minimum A level education with a preferred degree level qualification or equivalent
  • ADP product/service experience is desirable but not essential.
