Director, HR Services and Partnerships - Full Time, Permanent

In this role, you will be responsible for executing one of our key strategic initiatives to rapidly increase our revenue from 'Beyond Payroll' (HRS) services. Your goal will be to broaden our service offering and introduce new streams of revenue for the UK business.

We are specifically seeking an individual with a strong background in the benefits industry, including in-depth knowledge and experience in designing, managing, or partnering on employee benefit programs. Your expertise will ensure we develop market-leading solutions that resonate with our clients' evolving needs.

Through collaboration, your long-term objective is to equip the UK business with a suite of profitable and sustainable service offerings that meet the needs of our clients as they manage their workforce through the employee lifecycle. This role will be critical in enabling ADP UK to penetrate new markets and be recognised as an end-to-end HCM solution for both new and existing clients.

The overall objective of this role is to grow market share, revenue, and profit for the UK business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner internally to understand the opportunities within our existing client base to provide 'value add' service solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in the benefits industry to develop relevant, competitive, and innovative service offerings.
  • Onboard and deliver new client solutions.
  • Optimise partner revenue and costs opportunities.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain partner relationships.
  • Achieve results through leading others, including a small team of direct reports.
  • Maximize existing partnerships and identify new partner opportunities to add and develop capabilities within our service teams.
  • Develop and articulate each opportunity as a business case, utilising financial models and performance metrics to support EXCOM evaluate and prioritise investment.
  • Work closely with ADP business leaders to ensure the sustainability of any new features or services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire ADP offering, as well as understanding our partners' strategic direction and requirements.
  • Monitor competitors and ensure our approach remains flexible, enabling us to maintain an adaptable 'Beyond Payroll' offering.
  • Identify gaps in the current product offering and propose potential solutions to EXCOM.
  • Lead on any rectification issues to achieve a sustainable solution.
  • Oversee the roll-out of any services or products to business readiness, ensuring key elements such as training and process management are successfully complete.

Measuring Success:

  • Development and successful market launch of new services.
  • Expansion and growth of partnerships within the benefits sector.
  • Growth of 'Beyond Payroll' revenue.
  • Positive impact of the service offering on sales revenue and client retention over the next three years.
