We are seeking a talented Data Privacy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing current situations, identifying data privacy risks, and developing strategic solutions to ensure ongoing compliance.
Work mode:
- Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.
Key Duties:
- Tracking and reporting data purging activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing GDPR requests for consistency, identifying blocking points, and monitoring progress and purging efforts.
- Managing outstanding data purging tasks by assisting managers in reviewing their customer portfolios.
- Coordinating mass employee data purges, including submission to the Ariadne control console and progress tracking.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data privacy strategies.
- Conducting audits and gap analyses to identify and mitigate data privacy risks proactively.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (communicative level), you'll collaborate with the GDPR team and Business Representatives located in France.
- A strong desire to drive transformational change by advising clients on adapting to new realities regarding data privacy and responsibility.
- Proven experience in data privacy frameworks, including GDPR or similar regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, including familiarity with data purging processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
