ADP is hiring a Data Analytics Manager (Individual Contributor), Retirement Services supporting our Retirement Services organization. As a Data Analytics Manager in the Retirement Services Data Insights team, you will be a crucial individual contributor, responsible for leveraging data to drive actionable insights, support decision-making, and communicate findings to senior leaders.

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Data Analytics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data mining and analysis: Collect and extract relevant data from various sources, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Insight generation: Use statistical and data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights, identify opportunities for improving business processes and performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
- Presentation and communication: Create visually compelling presentations and reports to convey findings to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights, and effectively communicate the results of data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, offering data-driven solutions and recommendations
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security and establish and enforce best practices for data management and reporting
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent data analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively
- Expert level proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of data visualization and data storytelling techniques
- Knowledge of statistics and modeling techniques
- Attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product
- A positive "can-do" attitude and a high personal accountability for results
- Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for analytics
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ year(s) of relevant experience
- Proven experience in data analytics and data mining
- Proficiency using Python, R, or SQL
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree(s), or equivalent work experience
- Internal/External consultancy experience
- Tableau experience
- DataBricks experience
- Knowledge of Retirement processes and technology applications and professional experience in Retirement or supporting Retirement analytics
- Previous experience interfacing with senior leaders
