The Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for Data Solutions will focus on developing executive level relationships with Enterprise employers (5k+ employees), as well as 3rd party distribution organizations (consulting firms, data firms, etc), in order to illustrate the unique value ADP's data insights can provide. In this business development capacity, the CSM will be responsible for selling ADP's Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) Aggregated Data offering. This solution offers clients and partners improved model/analytical accuracy (e.g., demand forecasting), by providing clients with more powerful and granular data sets. This role will be both virtual and field in nature, and could involve 30%-50% travel. The role will involve developing opportunities and working in conjunction with internal partners (Sales, Business Unit Subject Matter Experts, Service, Implementation) to successfully close those opportunities. This role will also involve coordinating company resources as required, providing support for company events such as trade shows, training, etc. Other expectations will include accurate forecasting of sales pipeline, manage backlog and use of CRM Salesforce.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call on Mid-Market and Large Market (250-10,000 employees) prospects and clients to develop opportunities to provide ADP Business Incentive services.
- Attain or exceed 100% assigned quota and product goals within assigned territory.
- Maintain a high-level of activity with cold calls, and self-generated meetings set to ensure success in this fast paced, high unit, hunter sales role.
- Develop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota and product goals.
- Utilize Smart data to develop relationships with target accounts.
- Develop prospective client sources utilizing various medium including campaigns,
- LinkedIn, Google alerts and personal contact mailings and attending seminars.
- Establish a good knowledge of ADP business incentives programs and ADP's capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years successfully selling into the business community, preferably in tax credit sales.

- Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close prospects
- Communicate within their environment with prospective customers, consultants, and vendor partners.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply a professional demeanor, both externally and internally.
- Make presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations regarding pricing and terms, and be able to interface with other company departments as needed for resource allocation and cooperative purposes.
- Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills
