Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with GV MS PA to support Global View client for accurate and timely labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation and administration.

及時準確處理並完成客戶保險、勞保、全民健保和個人所得稅等相關服務.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.

緊密協調公司各部門資源,及時處理並完成業務流程

  • Maintain client relationship to improve client's satisfaction

維護客戶關系/提高客戶滿意度

  • Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Global View Clients in areas of labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • College degree or above

本科或以上學位

  • Good service attitude, service industry is welcome.

優秀服務意識,服務行業優先

  • Good in logic thinking, data processing and detailed oriented

良好的邏輯思維能力和數據處理能力,註重細節

  • Strong experience in HR experience, payroll related working experience is plus.

具備人力資源管理經驗,有薪酬或社會保險服務相關工作經驗者優先

  • Excellent command of written & oral English

良好的英文書寫及口語能力

  • Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill

具備團隊合作精神,有很好的溝通能力

  • Good computer skills particularly in Excel, Word and PPT

具備較好的計算機應用技能(Excel, Word和PPT)
