WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily printing and mailing of retirement plan disbursement checks
  • Monitor and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries
  • Manage special handling requests and projects related to the disbursement of checks and mailings
  • Produce and assemble mail packages
  • Prepare, generate, reconcile, and review reports of check production and compliance.
  • Coordinate mailing projects with internal compliance and service teams
  • Managing incoming mail and resolving returns checks, letters, and compliance packages
  • Manage inventory of check production supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Troubleshoot mailroom system and mailroom operation issues
  • Operate mail management tools and systems to perform mail room duties
  • Support team members in various roles as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Functional Responsibility: Competent to work on moderately complex Financial Control functions.
  • Decision Making/ Judgement: General supervision. Uses some discretion and evaluation. Work is checked for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy.
  • Level of Supervision Received: Works under general supervision.
  • Accountability: Errors may cause delay, expense, and disruption. Affects the accuracy and quality of functions being performed.
  • Contact (Internal & External): Limited external contact. Internal contact primarily with ADP associates who have more complex Financial Control questions.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds required
  • 5-days per week in-office required
  • Knowledge of Excel

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
  • 1 to 3 years of general Financial Control experience OR 1 to 2 years as a Financial Control Analyst I have mastered the skills for that role and excelled in the performance management appraisal.

  • Be highly driven, self-motivated to learn new concepts, and willing to participate in new projects.
  • Demonstrate collaboration and flexibility to work toward team goals
